In this 5 hour intensive workshop (inclusive of 1 hour lunch), you will learn to design and implement an interactive Excel application that dynamically transform data into information to be presented on snazzy reports and dashboards.
Target Audience
Data Analysts, Supervisors and Managers. People who, although are regular users of MS Excel to crunch data and generate reports/dashboards, have only tapped 5 to 10 % of Excel’s capabilities. This workshop equips the participants with basic essential skills and techniques to implement a customized Excel application that makes report or dashboard generation a breeze.
Prerequisites
Participants are expected to know the basic of Excel spreadsheets. VBA and Macro programming is not a pre-requisite to attend this workshop. However, the participants must bring along their own laptops equipped with certified running copy of Microsoft Excel 2007 or later.
Profile of Trainer
Eric Hong has more than 15 years of high tech industry experience at two leading US MNCs. He started his career as a software design engineer at Texas Instruments process automation center. Over the years, he has developed software used in different fields and on multiple platforms. Eric has lectured extensively at tertiary level institutions. He is an engineer, educator and founder of integratedots.com.
